Born on 08/20/1991, I’ve always been passionate about sport. From a very young age, I’ve started doing karate and tennis before moving to Holland.

In Holland, I had also the opportunity to play tennis at a high level. A few years later, when I came back to Switzerland, I discovered Capoeira. This sport has fascinated me so much that I’ve been doing it for 8 years and I’ve also been giving lessons to young students. During that Capoeira period, I also practiced Judo and had the opportunity to give fitness classes for the whole team.

After many injuries, I stopped all these sports and devoted myself only to fitness. In 2015, I decided to compete in Bodybuilding, as result I got first place on an international competition. Then, I have reached the top 5 in the Swiss Championships. Since then I have never stopped competing because this sport has become a healthy lifestyle for me.

So passionate about what I do, I made it my job. Holding my Personal Trainer certificate and Fitness Instructor diplomas, I co-founded Nessfit Fitness in Neuchâte.

Since September 2023, I had the possibility to move and provide my expertise in Valais, within RFXLAB  Fitness & Health Center. Together, with a new approach that combines health management, sport and nutritionnal coaching, we launch exclusive tailor made programs (BOC). 

My objective today is to help people achieve their goals and see them come back again with the smile on their face.
