We lose muscle as we age, but also bone mass. This leads to fragile bones and, consequently, to frequent fractures and trauma.

Weight training protects your bone capital and increases its longevity. Of course, building muscle is not enough. You must also have a healthy lifestyle and provide all the nutrients your body needs, especially vitamin D and protein.

Relieve your back pain

Back pain affects many people and can quickly become a major problem in everyday life.

Strengthening your muscles, especially your back muscles, can help prevent back pain. In fact, it promotes better support of the spine and naturally gets you into a more restful position.

How does the weight training service work?

First, I work in a gym. This means you will have access to all the best sports equipment. Your weight training sessions will be done in the best possible conditions!

I will first assess your abilities and create a program adapted to your muscle mass and your needs. My goal is to help you progress quickly without traumatizing your body!

You will then start training according to a precise schedule. I will guide you until you reach your goals and will also give you many tips, including exercises to do at home for better results. You will do push-ups, sit-ups, or squats…at home.

The gym classics will help you achieve muscle growth: dumbbells, bars and weight machines are available for you to use.

Practice the right way for better health

Building muscle doesn’t mean doing anything to get a six-pack (ok, it’s pretty rewarding!). It’s a long process that differs from one person to the next, which is why a customized program is so important. The goal is not only to reach a certain aesthetic or to improve athletic skills, but also to maintain one’s health.
