CHILDREN'S SPORT CLASS

You may not know it, but sports activities have many virtues for children, as long as they practice them properly. As a professional sports coach,   I will accompany your children in an educational and fun way. This way, they can improve their health while having fun!

In the following lines, I’ll tell you about the health benefits of sports for children and explain how my classes are run!

The many benefits of sports for children

Balanced development

An adapted sports activity allows children to grow in a balanced way. In addition, it promotes the learning of different motor skills, dexterity, coordination, etc. All good points!

Stable weight

Young people are more and more overweight because they move less than in the past. Practicing sports avoids the risk of obesity while strengthening their muscles and skeleton.

Better mental health

Sports don’t only help you stay healthy physically! They’re also good for the mind. Sporty children have more self-confidence, are more sociable, and are less prone to stress. What’s more, having a positive self-image will be an asset for their future life.

Academic success

Practicing sports forces children to pay attention, and they become used to it. Moving also stimulates certain parts of the brain. Finally, the resulting self-confidence and well-being helps a lot with academic success.

What happens during my classes for children?

My goal is to help each child physically, but also nutritionally when necessary.

I will target their needs during the first meeting (loosing weight /gaining self-confidence/building muscle mass, etc).

I will then do an assessment and create a plan to help them achieve their goals with a personalized training program. Of course, there are elements to take into account such as the child’s weight, age and sports preferences.

During my sessions, I help children find the motivation to do sports, while restoring their self-confidence. I also advise them on their diet so that it is healthy and brings them all the nutrients their bodies needs.

Classes take place in a friendly atmosphere, with a caring and positive approach. Everything is done for the children to feel good about dooing sports!

The importance of sports for children

Children needs to exercise for their mental and physical balance. Of course, they also needs to lead a healthy life. It’s not always easy to do the right thing when you’re a parent, even if you have the best intentions. That’s why I’m here: to accompany children on their sporting journey.
