PHYSICAL PREPARATION

Do you practice a sport and want to improve your performance for your own benefit or for an upcoming competition? You’re in the right place! My “physical preparation” service is made for you. This service aims at developing your athletic qualities and using them to your advantage.

What is the purpose of physical preparation?

If you play a sport at a high level, you probably have a greater drive to perform. How do you improve your athletic abilities and reach your wildest goals? The answer is simple: physical preparation.

You can improve the following three areas:

– Power;

– Endurance;

– Agility.

There are two kinds of physical preparation. The first one is rather general. It involves improving your different physical capacities: core strength, power, endurance… This first step prepares your body for the next step, which is a more specific physical preparation.

The second type of preparation aims to improve your physical condition for competition. It focuses on specific needs and perfects your existing qualities to get optimal results.

Physical preparation allows you to protect yourself from potential injuries and to recover faster.

Physical preparation, a must for all athletes

Believe me, physical preparation only has advantages. It improves your skills, but not only! It also prevents injuries, which allows you to go further and longer.

What is included in my "physical preparation" service?

My role is to help you improve your athletic skills, and to do that, I have to learn more about you first:

What sport do you practice?

For how long?

What’s your level?

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

What do you want to improve?

What is your mindset?

From there, I will assess your needs and suggest a general physical preparation to optimise your overall capacities. This preparation includes improving your endurance, strengthening your muscles and tendons (squats…), and what is called strength work (with bench presses, for example).

After that, things will become more specific. Now that your body is ready and free of any potential weaknesses, it is time to move on to specific physical preparation to win a competition. My role is to fine-tune your workouts to improve specific areas. I will prepare a program with exercises adapted to your sport, but also to your strengths and weaknesses. Of course, I take into account your ideas and objectives.

I will also give you some exercises to do at home, for better results.

You will also have access to quality equipment for an optimal training.
